Come for breakfast this morning and I can only assume it was the manager who cooked our breakfast the breakfast was actually in fact one of the best breakfast I have eaten great service the food was very well presented all very hot! The gentleman made me and my family feel very welcome with a smile on his face not sure of his name so we are calling him blue shirt guy highly recommend thanks to this man

Excellent staff could not be more helpful from the moment we arrived. Friendly approach by the two lads on reception who also we're serving the meals and doing the bar they never stopped, having stayed in many Premier inns this is up there with the best.
We returned to the Inn in the evening after a family party, a table of 9 of us who simply wanted a drink and a few snacks. John the (versatile) manager engaged with us explaining in great detail what was available and what our options were and took great care to ensure that the food was what we wanted and up to standard which it was, all very tasty and fresh. Truly outstanding service.
Away working and got feed up paying £10 for a bacon and egg roll and a coffee. £10.99 for all you can eat in a premier inn is the way to go. Filled me flask and left with a pocket full of fruit and yoghurt.
Recently had 4nt stay with my daughter. Very many thanks to the whole team, front of house, Zachary, Robert, chefs John, Jacob, two lovely blonde receptionists and the various restaurant staff, etc. All so very helpful and kind throughout. You all deserve a £5k bonus each :). Wishing you all the best with the refurbishment.
Stayed here for one night and enjoyed it. Nice and quiet, very helpful, friendly and caring staff. Much needed after a very busy, stressful day. The resturant and bar were good - don't expect Gordon Ramsay, it's Premier Inn. Great breakfast buffet as well. I might go back for dinner some time.
As per normal it's a a premier inn had a slight problem with my room but Seb on the desk went out of his way to sort me out another room. Clean and comfortable as always however why is there such a problem with breakfasts at premier inn at the moment sat for over half an hour waiting for hot food while two other people came in ordered hot food and I'm still sitting there like a fool????? Watching cooked breakfast go by pretty much what I've ordered but nothing for me!!! When it finally turned up I literally had just enough time to throw it down my throat not great it's again the small things that let it down especially when your staying for work purposes So basically 5* for Seb.
